How will I help you?

I provide a safe and confidential space. Our initial appointment will be a consultation to see whether we can work together. In this session we will focus on developing a shared understanding of what the matter is, that is, together we come to an understanding of what is going on psychologically that is causing your distress (for example your depression, anxiety etc).

This then will become the focus for therapy. It is important that we are on the same page as to what the purpose of therapy will be.

Some of the reasons people come to therapy -

  • Depression
  • Anxiety / Panic Attacks
  • Childhood Abuse & Trauma
  • Self Esteem
  • Loss & Bereavement
  • Difficulties in Relating
  • Work Related Stress
  • Sexuality
  • Loneliness
